Account Director – B2B Technology

As a result of success in the US and exciting new business wins, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, proactive, creative and entrepreneurial Account Director.

You will have the opportunity to come in to a fast-growth business and take on a leadership role – producing multi-disciplinary, global communications campaigns that stretch beyond PR – as part of a global firm that has won more tech agency and campaign awards than any other in the last five years.

Our ideal Account Director will have:

  • 7+ years of PR experience, with at least 50% of that time spent working with B2B technology clients and in an agency role
  • A genuine interest and deep knowledge in B2B technology
  • Experience developing high-level strategy and messaging for clients
  • Extensive relationships with top tier business and technology media
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to both draft and edit a wide variety of content
  • The ability to manage 4-6 account teams and ensure account targets and client expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Experience working on highly creative and integrated campaigns
  • A desire to participate actively in new business and agency marketing activity and the ability to demonstrate previous success in these areas
  • An eagerness and ability to mentor and manage team members
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as project management, organization and time management skills
