We know our industry faces a huge challenge. Things need to change. We need a little more difference. So, we’re working to help improve things. And we’ve made some progress.

We have a zero gender pay gap. We’ve made it easier to work for us, with our life-stages loan, helping people access rental properties and other essentials at whatever point they are in their lives.

We’re working to eliminate unconscious bias from our recruitment processes. We’re educating our employees through training on the issue to diminish its impact in every day working life.

We run enrichment days with the Ark Globe Academy, a local school, which is as valuable for us as it is to the students who come through our doors to learn about careers in the industry.

In the US we partner with Year Up, to mentor low-income, under-served urban youth to help them launch meaningful professional careers. 

We know changing things is a big challenge. Today is what it is. Tomorrow needs to be different.
