Adyen helps leading brands including FaceBook, Spotify, SpaceNK, and Asics to simplify their payments processes and improve the customer experience. Despite being one the world’s fastest growing tech companies, it is often the silent partner for its well-known customers. Our challenge is to elevate the Adyen brand in the UK. 


With a campaign that combines thought-leadership, product launches, customer stories and executive profiling we are building Adyen’s reputation as refreshing distruptor in the UK payments market. We have supported its IPO with in-depth profiles in The FT and Times and explained the transformative effect its technology has on businesses. We achieved this by running a proactive press office for the brand – introducing key spokespeople to top tier journalists, responding to breaking news, and drafting thought-provoking content for key vertical and national media. In 2019 we wrote and promoted a report on selling effectively to Chinese customers to support a customer lead gen campaign. 


In two years Brands2Life generated 318 pieces of coverage, including 18 national pieces in The Times, The FT, The Telegraph Business Reporter, BBC Online and China Daily as well as key retail and payment trade publications. This work has boosted Adyen’s UK presence and helped sales teams progress conversations with potential customers.
